Strand Cooling Pelletizing Line
This equipment is suitable for recycling and granulating a variety of hard plastics, such as ABS, PC, PP, PE, etc., providing efficient and stable solutions for the plastic recycling industry.
1.Raw material transportation
The recycled plastic is evenly fed into the extruder feed port by a belt conveyor to achieve a stable and efficient feeding process. The automatic conveying system reduces manual intervention, improves the continuity and automation level of production, and reduces the intensity of manual labor.
2.Melt extrusion
The plastic enters the single screw extruder and undergoes heating, plasticization, extrusion and other processes to make it fully melted and evenly extruded.

● Wear-resistant alloy material: The core components of the equipment are made of high-wear-resistant alloy, and the service life is 1.5 times longer than that of ordinary materials.
● Screw material: Made of high-quality nitrided steel 38CrMoAIA, after nitriding treatment, it has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and high temperature resistance, which greatly improves the stability and durability of the equipment.
3.Screen changer filtration
The molten plastic passes through the screen changer to effectively filter impurities and ensure the purity of the particles, thereby improving the quality of the recycled material.

4.Cooling and shaping
After the molten plastic is extruded from the die head, it forms a uniform material strip and enters the cooling water tank, where it quickly cools down and solidifies to maintain a stable strip shape. The water tank temperature and water flow rate can be adjusted to meet the cooling needs of different materials.
5.Strand pelletizing
● The cooled plastic strips enter the strand pelletizer and are precisely cut into particles of uniform size.
6.Vibrating screen screening
The plastic particles after pelletizing are screened through a vibrating screen to remove dust, oversized or undersized particles, ensuring uniform particle size and stable quality of the finished product.
7.Wind conveying
Qualified particles are quickly transported to the storage link through wind conveying equipment, which not only improves production efficiency, but also avoids secondary pollution and ensures the cleanliness of the particles.
8.Final storage
The final plastic particles enter the storage silo, providing convenient storage for subsequent packaging or direct application.
